The ‘Cake of the State’ competition between Hungarian confectioners has been a tradition for 8 years. From the day of the 20th of August listed pastry shops are allowed to make and sell to the public. This year the Pannonhalma apricot palinka-caramel cake is a winner. Sounds like a delicious one!
