Jamesie is an Irish tour guide looking forward to the revenue stream created every year on the 14th June for his favorite book Ulysses. Moni is a Hungarian tour guide and it’s her first day on the job. It’s also the first time they’ve seen each other since they broke up in Szombathely, Hungary.
“All inclusive Bloomsday break” draws on the Hungarian connections both in Ulysses and with Joyce himself. It brings these connections to life through the modern day Hungarian/Irish relationship of Moni and Jamesie. This relationship parallels that of Leopold Bloom and Molly, James Joyce and Nora Barnacle and examines the cultural differences and the challenges a relationship like this faces and whether they can be overcome.

Jamesie, a fiatal ír idegenvezető jelentős bevételt remél a Bloomsday-napi túrából. James Joyce szobránál véletlenül összefut Mónival, aki nemrég érkezett Magyarországról és szintén túristákat kalauzol a jeles napon. Most látják egymást először, mióta Szombathelyen szakítottak egymással.
Az „All Inclusive Bloomsday Break” egy újabb, szórakoztató kísérlet a Ulyssesben, illetve Joyce életútjában meglévő magyar vonatkozások ábrázolására – ezúttal egy modern párkapcsolaton keresztül. A két fiatal története sok tekintetben reflektál a regénybeli szereplők, Bloom és Molly, valamint a szerző Joyce és Nora viszonyára. Egyben arra is választ keres, hogy szerelmük legyőzi-e az országaik hagyományai és kultúrája közti távolságot?
